The Most Delicious Spiral Roll Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
75 g caster sugar
75 g self raising flour
Jam

Utensils
Metal bowl
Wooden spoon
22.5 x 30 cm roll tin
Sift
Spoon

Preheat the oven to 220C GAS MARK 7 425F
Step 1: Put a sheet of greaseproof paper in the tin and grease with margarine
Step 2: Break eggs into the metal bowl
Step 3: Add sugar and stir
Step 4: Hold the sift and sift the flour
Step 5: Stir
Step 6: Put the mixture into the tin
Step 7: Spread out with spoon
Step 8: Put into the oven for 6-8 minutes
Step 9: Cool off
Step 10: Spread jam with spoon
Step 11: Roll it
Step 12: Eat eat eat!!
