The Most Delicious Spiral Roll Cake

3 eggs
75 g caster sugar
75 g self raising flour

Metal bowl
Wooden spoon
22.5 x 30 cm roll tin

Preheat the oven to 220C GAS MARK 7 425F
Step 1: Put a sheet of greaseproof paper in the tin and grease with margarine
Step 2: Break eggs into the metal bowl
Step 3: Add sugar and stir
Step 4: Hold the sift and sift the flour
Step 5: Stir
Step 6: Put the mixture into the tin
Step 7: Spread out with spoon
Step 8: Put into the oven for 6-8 minutes
Step 9: Cool off
Step 10: Spread jam with spoon
Step 11: Roll it
Step 12: Eat eat eat!!

Hi everybody! I am Pookie's master, DJ Foxy. As you know Pookie is my assistant at my Bakery Store and it is not out yet so can you guys just start to spread a rumour saying "Have you heard this mini restaurant called "Pookies for Granted" when it actually means Cookies for Granted also it isn't always cookies and cakes and cupcakes, it is also food like Pasta, Ratatouille and many different recipes. Please tell your family and friends and i will be making another blog called Pookies for Granted ok but not yet it will be out in late 2012 or early 2013.

How to Make the Perfect Royal Icing

3 large egg whites
4 cups powdered sugar
Warm water
Food coloring(optional)

Large Bowl

Step 1: Mix the egg whites, powdered sugar and warm water in a bowl
Step 2: Beat slowly
Step 3: if the icing isn't thick, you might have to add more sugar
Step 4(optional): Add food coloring
Step 5: You have your icing!!
Step 6: Enjoy with your cupcakes!

How to Make Homemade Pasta

Packet of any spaghetti of your choice
Carrots; peeled and chopped
Onions; chopped
Beef or Pork mince
2 cans of Tomato Paste
2 cans of Pasta Sauce
Olive oil

2 frying pans
Wooden spoon

Step 1: Fry the carrots, onions and peppers
Step 2: Fry the beef in the same pan
Step 3: Put the carrots, onions, peppers and beef or pork in the other pan
Step 4: Put the paste and sauce into the pan and bring to a boil
Step 5: Put the cover on the pan and heat on low heat for 30 mins-1 hour
Step 6: Cook the spaghetti with the oil and salt for 5-7 mins
Step 7: Serve immediately

How to Make Chocolate Cookies

4oz butter
8oz plain flour, 1oz for rolling and cutting
4oz white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon cocoa

Wooden Spoon
2 baking trays
Cookie cutters(optional)
Wire rack

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C
Step 2: Grease 1 of the baking tray
Step 3:Mix the butter and sugar till the mixture is smooth and fluffy
Step 4: Add the egg and stir thoroughly
Step 5: Add the flour bit by bit while stirring
Step 6: Add the cocoa
Step 7: Stir till the mixture is brown
Step 8: Put the mixture on the other baking tray put the 1oz of flour on the tray, roll out and cut shapes
Step 9: Put the cut out shapes on the greased baking tray
Step 10: Put the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes
Step 11: Put the cookies in the wire rack and wait for 5 minutes
Step 12(optional): Put icing on the cookies
Step 13: Serve immediately
